Orders shipping to a PO Box requires an additional 5 to 10 days to ship. Please provide a physical address if possible..

* Express shipping orders need to be placed before 11:00 AM Central Time in order to be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 11:00 AM are processed the next day.  UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. So, if you place your order on Thursday afternoon (Next Day Air), it should be shipped on Friday and you should receive it on Monday. We are here to help... If you need your order by a particular date, let us know and we will do our best to get it you on time.

Note: We will only ship Next Day and 2nd Day orders to the verified billing address on your credit card.

Most "Made in the USA" shoes and boots are made when you order them and are shipped by your chosen delivery method as soon as they are ready.

Please add an additional 5 to 7 business day for order being shipped to a PO Box. If at all possible, provide a physical address. 

Let us know if you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive your merchandise. If you have a deadline, contact us via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you. But we do not make any guarantees.

** International Orders:
Please be aware, according to rules with Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus & American Express we can NOT shipping to an address other than the one listed with your credit card company. We can only ship to the address that is listed with the credit card company as your billing address. The address & phone # you provided us with MUST match what is on file with your credit card company(address where you receive you bill).
We will attempt to verify this information. If we cannot verify this information we will automatically cancel you order. Once address is confirmed the order is placed with our warehouse. Only our local warehouse ships internationally so in many cases merchandise must be transfer to the local warehouse before shipping actually occurs. This process usually takes approximately 1 week. Then the order would be shipped according to the shipping you selected when the order was placed.

If you cancel an iternational order there may be a 25% cancelation fee.

Returns And Exchanges Policies For Affections

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Inspect your order promptly! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Affections, you MUST contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of your order to Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) by email at:

We MUST receive your merchandise in original condition along with the RMA number written on the outside of the package within 15 days from the date of the RMA #. Unauthorized returns, returns without a RMA #, or returns that are received later than 15 days after the RMA # was issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any package returned as unclaimed or undeliverable will be charge a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping is not refundable after a package has shipped. If the original order was shipped with free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

There are no restocking fees for an exchanges or request for store credit. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns requesting a refund. Shipping charges for the returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. On exchanges, shipping will be figure according to the weight of the replacement items. (This usually runs approximately the amount paid for shipping from the original order). All exchange orders will be shipped Ground shipping unless requested otherwise & then shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

If within 10 days of receiving your order, you find a defect of any kind on merchandise you have purchased from Affections or if you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge and arrange for the return of the defective item or wrong item. If you receive the wrong item please tell us what you received including item #, size & color. No additional shipping will be charged for replacing defective items or if the item received was incorrect.

It is recommended that you insure your return package with the postal service or ship returns back UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages arriving damaged to shipping.

Refunds may take up to two weeks to process. Once we have processed a refund back to your card it may take several days for the credit to show up on your account. Usually about 72 hours.

Orders placed with a Free Shipping Offer are subject to a $9.95 shipping fee if returned for credit or exchange.

All refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee. Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.

* Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it, complete with original packaging. Clothing and Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.

* Shipping and Handling cost are not refundable.

* After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty will apply. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Non-returnable - Non-Exchangeable items:

* Custom made items

* Item marked as "Sale Final"

* Wigs, undergarments including swimsuits, thongs, underwear, body stockings, lingerie and body jewelry unless defective. (Due to health codes.)

* Stockings and pantyhose are not returnable once they have been removed from their original packages.

* Personal items such as adult toys or other adult products (this includes DVD's & VHS Tapes) are not returnable unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with same item only.

* Special Orders - Made to Order and Custom Made Orders take longer to be ready to ship. Approximate order processing times are posted on our web sites for these items.

* When trying items on if the item includes a g-string, thong, or stockings please do not try that part of the item on.  We cannot accept the it back as an exchange or return. When requesting an exchange or return the whole set has to be returned together with the tags, box, or bag the individual item was packaged in.  This does not include the mailing package.
