If Next Day Service is selected for delivery of in-stock items, orders placed on our web site or by telephone by 11 a.m. CST December 22nd. (Even with overnight shipping UPS, FedEx & DHL do not guarantee last minute orders to arrive in time for Christmas)
If 2nd Day Service is selected for delivery of in-stock items, orders placed on our web site or by telephone by 11 a.m. CST December 19th.(Even with 2nd Day shipping UPS, FedEx & DHL do not guarantee last minute orders to arrive in time for Christmas)
If 3 Day Service is selected for delivery of in-stock items, orders placed on our web site or by telephone by 11 a.m. CST December 18th.(Even with 3 Day shipping UPS, FedEx & DHL do not guarantee last minute orders to arrive in time for Christmas) - *Please note FedEx Express Saver is a 3 Day service
Ground Orders placed by 7 p.m. CST on December 9th (in-stock items only) using standard shipping should arrive by December 22rd. Warehouse processing times will increase! Ground shipment may take 3 to 4 days BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED.

Items shipped from our suppliers
If your order includes an item that is shipped directly from one of our suppliers, that item may take 1-3 days to be processed and shipped.
Some items, such as Karo shoes, Tabu shoes and Bahiye Fashions clothing require 5 to 7 business days before shipping because they are made to order... even with express shipping, so please order accordingly.
Jante Shoes, Hot Sauce Style & Escante brand take 2 to 5 days before shipping.
Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands:
Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may take, even with expedited shipping, up to 7 business days to arrive.
